Hi, my name is Marcel and I’m the Food and Beverage Assistant Manager at the Hilton Rio de Janeiro Copacabana. I started as a Food and Beverage Supervisor two and a half years ago and was promoted after one year. At the beginning of this year, I was honored to receive the 2019 Hilton Food & Beverage Award of Excellence! Hi everyone! My name is @MartijnBeerse, Elevator General Management trainee in Barcelona. During my Graduate Recruitment internship with my fantastic manager, Björn Olthof, I saw all the countless opportunities that Hilton offers for graduates. I decided to apply for the Elevator Europe program after I completed my internship, and am very proud that I got inalong with 10 amazing other trainees. When @JoachimHartl told me I was going to learn everything to become a future Hilton General Manager, he meant everything! So far I have been in all operational departments including finance, and will soon move on to the @HiltonPrague for everything related to HR and Business Development. What I love about Hilton is the hospitality within all the departments I’m going through. Are you are interested in the Elevator Program?
